About
Why we built TrueEnroll
Credentialing shouldn't take months. The data already exists — it just needs to be verified and organized correctly.
Our Mission
Credentialing built on truth, not trust
Every credentialing delay costs a provider revenue. Every error in a CAQH profile is a liability. Yet practices still move data between portals by hand, relying on memory and spreadsheets to keep everything aligned.
TrueEnroll was built to change that — to create a system where every field in a provider's profile is traceable to its source, verified against multiple data points, and approved by a named human before it goes anywhere.
Our Approach
What makes TrueEnroll different
We don't guess.
Most systems populate fields based on what seems right. TrueEnroll only transfers a field to a CAQH profile if it has been verified — matched against a known source with a confidence score above the threshold. If the data isn't verified, the field stays blank and the gap is flagged for human resolution.
Every field has a lineage.
TrueEnroll stores where every piece of data came from: which file, which system, which timestamp, and which agent or person made the call. When a payer questions your data, you have a complete, timestamped answer.
Humans stay in control.
Automation handles extraction, normalization, and conflict detection. But no data reaches CAQH without a named coordinator reviewing and approving it. The submission attestation is always yours — TrueEnroll can't make it for you.
The system learns from failures.
Every extraction error, mapping gap, or conflict is logged and used to improve the pipeline. The same problem doesn't happen twice.
Our Focus
Texas Medicaid, done right
TrueEnroll is purpose-built for the Texas Medicaid ecosystem — TMHP PEMS enrollment, CAQH ProView credentialing, and the coordination between them. We know the forms, the fields, the payers, and the failure points. This isn't a generic solution adapted for healthcare. It was designed here, for practices working in this system.
